Base Salary: $120,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000–$300,000+

We’re hiring a Senior Amazon Brand Manager who has deep expertise in Amazon FBA and a proven track record of scaling private-label brands. You should be strategic, fast-moving, data-driven, and confident handling complex Amazon challenges end-to-end.
Lead weekly strategy calls with clients and drive execution
Diagnose and solve advanced Amazon account, catalog, and growth issues
Create and implement scalable brand growth strategies
Track performance, KPIs, and clearly outline next steps
Provide daily client support via Slack and Email
Optimize internal consulting systems and workflows
Participate in weekly trainings and team syncs
3+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience
Experience managing $10M+ annual revenue brands
Proven success managing $50K+/month PPC budgets
Deep knowledge of Seller Central, ads, catalog, and backend operations
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Fluent English and a proactive, client-first mindset
Highly ambitious with the drive to maximize performance-based earnings
