Web Developer (Remote – United States) | Full-Time | $95K–$130K

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure. This role supports multiple mobile applications originally developed by external contractors, requiring the ability to understand existing codebases, resolve issues, and implement new features using .NET MAUI. You will work closely with senior developers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that support business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#

• Support and enhance existing mobile applications using .NET MAUI

• Analyze and improve mobile app codebases created by third-party contractors

• Implement new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements

• Assist in developing RESTful APIs and integrating mobile and web clients

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures

• Deploy and manage applications using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and related resources

• Use Git or Azure DevOps for source control and participate in code reviews

• Follow secure coding practices and troubleshoot application issues

• Collaborate with senior developers, QA testers, and product stakeholders

• Prepare and update basic technical documentation

• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, especially .NET MAUI and Azure tools

What You’ll Need

Software & Web Development

• Strong understanding of C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and OOP principles

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection

Mobile Development

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or mobile app development

• Ability to maintain and enhance existing mobile apps

• Knowledge of mobile UI patterns and app lifecycle for iOS and Android

Azure Cloud Development

• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, or Azure SQL Database

• Understanding of cloud deployments and basic CI/CD workflows

API Development

• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration

• Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI

Collaboration & Growth

• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn from senior engineers

• Desire to grow into a senior or mobile-focused engineering role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• 2–4 years of experience in .NET development

• Mobile development experience or demonstrated interest in .NET MAUI

• Azure cloud experience preferred

• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
