We are seeking an experienced User Experience / Interaction Designer with strong UX engineering skills to join our Marketing Services team. This role supports a global community of consultants by designing data-driven tools and workflows to deliver large-scale marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and refine products for B2B and B2B2C markets, with an emphasis on AI- and ML-enabled solutions.
Design Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using human-centered design principles and rapid prototyping (Lean UX, Design Thinking).
Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders to align digital product goals and user needs.
Define and evolve visual languages and design patterns across web, mobile, VUI, and IoT platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement adaptive and responsive user interfaces.
Create personas, user journeys, sketches, wireframes, and storyboards to inform and validate design decisions.
Translate complex data sets into engaging and intuitive visualizations for dashboards, widgets, chatbots, and digital assistants.
Ensure designs meet both business objectives and usability standards while considering diverse global audiences.
Drive experimentation and conceptualize future-state designs for next-generation data products.
Strong background in UX and Interaction Design with a focus on data-driven product experiences.
Expertise in front-end prototyping and UX engineering concepts.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, R Studio).
Knowledge of Lean UX, Mobile-First design, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
Ability to work in fast-paced, startup-like environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong portfolio covering multi-platform design (desktop, mobile, wearable, VUI, IoT).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for client-facing engagements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
Experience in gamification strategies for enhanced user engagement.
Prior experience in world-class UX teams delivering AI/ML-enabled products.
Deep understanding of complex information architectures and multi-channel design systems.
