Job description

e are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the charge in growing our digital presence across major social platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, and enhancing reach by crafting compelling content and managing our multi-channel social media strategy. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that reflect the brand’s voice and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to grow followers, increase reach, and build community engagement.

  • Plan, create, and schedule content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.

  • Execute White Hat strategies that contribute to organic backlink building and brand authority.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to user interactions, reviews, and comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.

  • Track performance metrics using platform insights and analytics tools, and generate regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

  • Stay updated on social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to optimize strategy.

  • Manage allocated budgets for paid or boosted campaigns while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and how they contribute to branding and customer engagement.

  • Deep knowledge of content marketing strategy and audience targeting.

  • Experience in developing creative campaigns that inform, engage, and convert.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
