Senior Test Analyst (5–9 Years) – Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with 5 to 9 years of expertise in Web Application Testing, Test Metrics & Reporting, and manual E2E BPA testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SNOW, HP ALM, Jira, Rally, and basic programming. This hybrid role is ideal for a quality-focused professional who can ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications. Experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual and functional testing of web applications to validate system performance, usability, and reliability.

• Develop, monitor, and maintain test metrics and reporting dashboards to track QA KPIs and identify improvement areas.

• Leverage SNOW (ServiceNow) for incident management, test activity tracking, and issue escalation.

• Implement and manage testing frameworks and tools for test planning, execution, and automation.

• Conduct end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate workflows across integrated systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams using Rally to plan, track, and report on test tasks.

• Utilize HP ALM for complete test lifecycle management including planning, execution, and defect tracking.

• Use Jira for tracking issues, managing sprints, and supporting project lifecycle activities.

• Apply basic programming knowledge to write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts as needed.

• Ensure test documentation (test cases, test results, defects) is up to date and audit-ready.

• Generate detailed test reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure product testability.

• Drive continuous improvement of testing practices, QA processes, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of experience in web application testing in enterprise environments.

• Expertise in manual testing, E2E business process automation, and test reporting.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for QA-related activities.

• Proficiency with tools such as HP ALM, Jira, and Rally for test and defect management.

• Familiarity with basic scripting or programming to support automation efforts.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder reporting skills.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in hybrid team environments.

• Domain knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is preferred.
