• Develop high-impact creative assets for platforms like YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), blogs, emails, and more.

• Use data and insights to refine and optimize design performance across campaigns.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, offering constructive feedback and nurturing design excellence.
