Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the way in building innovative and scalable software solutions. In this key technical role, you’ll help shape project direction, guide development best practices, and mentor junior and intermediate team members. You’ll take ownership of system design and work collaboratively across departments to turn ideas into reliable, high-quality software.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Purpose: Provide hands-on technical leadership and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

  • Architect Robust Systems: Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

  • Code with Impact: Develop clean, efficient frontend and backend code, setting a benchmark for code quality.

  • Mentor Others: Coach and support junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow in their roles.

  • Review Code Thoughtfully: Conduct detailed code reviews to maintain consistency and uphold high standards.

  • Tackle Tough Problems: Lead the charge on solving complex issues with innovative, scalable solutions.

  • Tech Scout: Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve our stack.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and lead initiatives for better productivity and quality.

  • Embed DevOps Mindset: Promote and implement DevOps practices to improve software delivery cycles and operational reliability.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Deep expertise in multiple languages and frameworks across the tech stack.

  • Strong foundation in architecture principles, design patterns, and best coding practices.

  • Solid experience with debugging, performance tuning, and testing strategies.

  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-stakes projects.
