Senior Engineering Manager – Corporate Engineering (ACE) | Atlassian (Remote, India)

Atlassian is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for its Corporate Engineering (ACE) team. This role focuses on leading large engineering teams, managing enterprise finance systems, driving automation, and delivering company-wide initiatives using modern SaaS and AI-driven solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage run-the-business operations, large projects, and cross-functional engineering initiatives

• Own and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud (Core Financials) including:

  • Order Management (OM)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Fixed Assets (FA)

  • General Ledger (GL)

• Leverage quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrades to maximize value for Finance teams

• Ensure all projects align with OKRs and business outcomes

• Drive automation-first mindset using:

  • RPA

  • Low-code / No-code platforms

  • PaaS & BRE tools (Workato, Camunda, etc.)

• Apply AI/ML concepts to improve Finance operations and decision-making

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across best-of-breed SaaS platforms, including:

  • Zuora

  • Coupa

  • Anaplan

  • Avalara

  • Fieldglass

• Collaborate with Internal Audit teams to maintain SOX compliance

• Monitor system reliability and manage 24x7 mission-critical finance systems

• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and technical product managers for timely delivery

• Understand end-to-end business processes:

  • Quote to Cash (Q2C)

  • Procure to Pay (P2P)

  • Record to Report (R2R)

• Deliver short-term wins without compromising long-term system architecture

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of industry experience managing and scaling large engineering teams

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise SaaS ecosystems

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications

• Hands-on knowledge of:

  • Automation & RPA

  • PaaS platforms

  • Business Rules Engines (BRE)

• Exposure to upstream/downstream systems like:

  • Salesforce

  • Databricks

• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in business or finance domains

• Proven ability to operate high-availability systems with continuous improvement mindset

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
