Senior CyberArk Engineer – Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

We are seeking a Senior CyberArk Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in deploying and implementing Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in CyberArk architecture and components, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to ensure secure and seamless privileged access management across diverse systems and environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years experience in deployment and implementation of CyberArk Privileged Identity Management solutions across enterprise-scale customers.

• Strong understanding of CyberArk Privileged Account Security Suite (versions 7.x – 10.x).

• Expertise in CyberArk PACLI for automating user and safe management tasks.

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk components including EPM, OPM, and AIM.

• Ability to capture detailed requirements, design CyberArk architecture, and implement comprehensive PIM solutions.

• Proven skills in performing compliance checks, generating alerts/reports, investigating incidents, and providing root cause analysis (RCA).

• Strong Windows/VMware administration knowledge, including Windows Cluster Server.

• Deep understanding of network design and security concepts related to application and infrastructure.

• Experience in onshore/offshore delivery models with strong customer-facing capabilities.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and provide specialist-level input on CyberArk-related issues.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience with other PIM tools: CA PAM (Xceedium), BeyondTrust, OneIdentity/Quest, Thycotic, ERPM.

• Knowledge of LDAP concepts and working experience with directories such as Active Directory, Oracle Internet/Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Tivoli Directory Server, Novell Directory Server, CA Directory.

• Experience with database client tools (e.g., Toad) and standard protocols (SSH, Telnet, RDP) using tools like Putty.

• Familiarity with network devices (firewalls, routers) and their integration with PIM solutions.

• Exposure to Windows and Linux operating systems for PIM integration and debugging.

• Experience with virtual environments and integration of ESX/ESXi hosts with PIM solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in runbook documentation.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Trustee, Defender, or Sentry)

• ITIL Certification (advantageous)
