Salesforce Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and guiding the development team through technical challenges and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations while leveraging the latest technologies on the Force.com platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Design robust data models and data flows to support scalable Salesforce applications, including:

  • Custom Objects and Fields

  • Workflows and Approval Processes

  • Apex Triggers and Visualforce Pages

  • Other Force.com features

• Lead the development and customization efforts using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Create and review technical design documents based on business needs and system architecture.

• Act as a technical bridge between clients/stakeholders and the development team.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and demos.

• Ensure high standards of reusability, performance, and maintainability in all developed solutions.

• Develop Salesforce APIs and Web Services (SOAP & REST), with expertise in Salesforce REST, Enterprise, and Metadata APIs.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and suggest improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

  • Apex, Lightning (Aura & Web Components), Visualforce

  • Admin configuration (Object/Fields, Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Metadata)

  • Integration with third-party services (via REST/SOAP APIs)

  • Platform Events, Locker Service, and Salesforce Security Best Practices

• Proficient with Salesforce developer tools like:

  • APEX Data Loader, Workbench, ANT Migration Tool

  • Version control systems (e.g., SVN, Sourcetree)

  • IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or VS Code

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), preferably with Java background.

• Ability to write unit tests and functional test cases in Apex.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech (Any Specialization), MCA, or DOEACC (A/B/O Level) equivalent
