React.JS Developer

As a Senior React Developer, your primary focus will be the development and implementation of dynamic UI components using React.js. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience and overall front-end architecture of our applications. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, deep understanding of modern JavaScript, and a strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate UI/UX wireframes and visual designs into reliable, reusable React components.

• Build and optimize components to perform efficiently across multiple devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with the development team to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.

• Participate in discussions around application requirements, interface design, and system architecture.

• Troubleshoot UI-related issues and debug code to ensure high application quality and stability.

• Create and maintain documentation of component behavior, updates, and changes.

• Proactively monitor and enhance front-end performance and scalability.

• Engage in code reviews, share knowledge, and advocate for React best practices.

• Independently explore and apply innovative solutions when encountering technical challenges.

• Leverage advanced search and problem-solving techniques (“Ninja Googling”) to stay updated with the latest tools, practices, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing React.js applications with strong JavaScript and ES6+ knowledge.

• Deep understanding of React concepts such as hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into issues.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, front-end architecture, and version control (Git).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
