QA Performance Tester

We are hiring a Performance Tester / Lead for an urgent, high-impact project! If you’re experienced in NeoLoad and performance testing, and can independently manage client communications, we’d love to hear from you.

🔧 Technical Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with NeoLoad

• Experience with other performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter

• Strong ability in performance data gathering, analysis, and reporting

• Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot performance test scripts

🤝 Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable managing stakeholder/client interactions independently

• Duration: 3 months (contract)

• Location: Remote (must be available during IST working hours)
