The Product Specialist is responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solutions to align with business requirements. This role focuses on ensuring the CRM system supports organizational workflows, maintains data integrity, and provides seamless user experiences.
Configure and customize CRM/D365 CE OOTB features according to business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.
Implement and maintain workflows, automation, and core CRM functionalities.
Provide end-user training and support on CRM system usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM system.
Stay current with best practices, new features, and updates in D365 CE OOTB.
Support system integrations with other enterprise applications.
Proficiency in CRM/D365 CE OOTB configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, data models, and workflows.
Experience with automation, process flows, and business rules in D365 CE.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Awareness of CRM best practices and industry trends.
