Job description

The Product Specialist is responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solutions to align with business requirements. This role focuses on ensuring the CRM system supports organizational workflows, maintains data integrity, and provides seamless user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize CRM/D365 CE OOTB features according to business needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.

  • Implement and maintain workflows, automation, and core CRM functionalities.

  • Provide end-user training and support on CRM system usage.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in collaboration with IT teams.

  • Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM system.

  • Stay current with best practices, new features, and updates in D365 CE OOTB.

  • Support system integrations with other enterprise applications.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM/D365 CE OOTB configuration and customization.

  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, data models, and workflows.

  • Experience with automation, process flows, and business rules in D365 CE.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Awareness of CRM best practices and industry trends.


Certification (Preferred)
