Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a
high-performing enterprise sales team
(player-coach role)
Own
revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth strategy
Drive adoption of
AI-powered Business Messaging and SaaS solutions
Develop and present
high-value business cases and sales strategies
Build strong relationships with
C-level and enterprise stakeholders
Identify new growth opportunities and scale winning sales strategies
Lead cross-functional collaboration with:
Product
Marketing
Engineering
Legal & Policy teams
Create and implement
best practices for enterprise sales and client success
Drive strategic conversations to unlock
multi-stakeholder budgets
Represent Meta at
industry events and executive-level presentations
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of
enterprise sales experience
5+ years in
team leadership / people management
Proven track record of
revenue growth and target achievement
Strong experience in:
SaaS sales
Technical/consultative selling
Multi-product environments
Excellent
communication & executive presentation skills
Strong analytical and
data-driven decision-making ability
Experience working across
cross-functional global teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
AI, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI solutions
Hands-on experience integrating
AI tools for workflow optimization
Understanding of
ethical AI practices (risk, bias, accuracy)
Experience in
SaaS growth and enterprise solution selling
Ability to manage
complex, high-stakes client environments
Experience working with
policy, legal, and compliance teams
Continuous learning in:
Prompt engineering
AI systems
Emerging technologies
