You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Finance to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and help shape our go-to-market approach—all while keeping user privacy at the forefront. You're curious, detail-driven, and passionate about using data to tell stories that drive decision-making.
Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities.
Partner with teams such as Growth, Sports Marketing, and Digital to support data-driven decisions across customer segments, events, and conversion funnels.
Refine analytical requirements and collaborate with analytics engineers to ensure data readiness.
Deliver clean, actionable reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Finance, and other analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency in metrics.
Help build a culture of thoughtful data usage that respects user privacy and compliance expectations.
Contribute to our AI-forward culture by exploring how emerging tools can enhance data productivity.
1–3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on marketing analytics or performance analysis.
Experience in the SaaS or consumer tech space, with a clear grasp of what marketing metrics drive business impact.
Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
Attention to data integrity and a rigorous approach to data validation.
Ability to synthesize complex data and clearly present the “so what” to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with BI platforms and data modeling best practices.
Enthusiastic about using AI tools to boost productivity and uncover new insights.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science).

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 CAD annually
US-based roles:
💰 Salary: $97,000 – $131,000 USD annually
