Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of the file transfer support team.
Configure and troubleshoot customer file transfer setups (vendor products and Mastercard-developed solutions).
Provide Level 2 support to the Operations Command Center for file transfer incidents.
Establish secure connectivity for file transfers supporting various internal application teams.
Collaborate with customers to define requirements, ensure timely delivery of transfers, and resolve issues.
Oversee and coordinate Change Control processes for system updates and enhancements.
Develop and maintain metrics and reporting related to team activities and performance.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for file transfer products, offering technical leadership during projects.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in file transfer operations.
Proven experience in file transfer operations, configuration, and support (SFTP, MFT tools, etc.).
Strong technical knowledge of file transfer protocols and integration methods.
Experience managing support teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with Change Control processes and incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
Strong customer communication skills to handle requirements and escalations.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
