e are seeking a highly skilled Infra Dev Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM to join our SNBG team. In this role, you will lead efforts to optimize and automate IT service management processes—directly enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. Your expertise will help shape the future of our IT services and have a measurable impact on business outcomes.


🚀 What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and Implement ServiceNow ITSM Solutions
    Drive IT process automation and efficiency through custom ServiceNow ITSM implementations that align with business goals.

  2. Integrate ServiceNow with Enterprise Systems
    Enable seamless cross-platform workflows and ensure scalability by connecting ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and tools.

  3. Deliver Technical Expertise on ServiceNow Platform
    Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability to support high-availability, mission-critical operations.

  4. Lead IT Process Automation Initiatives
    Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks, minimizing manual intervention and improving response time.

  5. Monitor and Maintain Platform Health
    Conduct proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular updates to maintain optimal platform uptime.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and infrastructure development.

  • Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development, implementation, and support.

  • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and external platforms.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM best practices, automation, and incident/problem/change workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex IT environments.


Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Demonstrated success in deploying, scaling, and managing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions

  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations and agile project delivery environments
