The ideal candidate is fluent in Norwegian (native or C-level proficiency) and possesses strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video campaigns). 🌟 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Deep understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including Display and Video advertising.

  • Clear grasp of client campaign goals, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

  • Certified (or willing to certify) in Google Ads – Search, Display, and Video.

  • Keeps current with the latest updates and features of Google Ads and digital marketing best practices.

  • Skilled in keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and performance optimization.


🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns within expected turnaround times (TAT).

  • Translate campaign goals into actionable PPC strategies and execute within the Google Ads interface.

  • Implement ad components such as Expanded Text Ads (ETAs) and test variations for performance.

  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaign tactics based on performance and client feedback.

  • Deliver quality outputs aligned with defined KPIs and campaign objectives.

  • Communicate effectively and proactively about timelines, deliverables, and blockers.

  • Produce clear, grammatically correct written and spoken communication in both English and Norwegian.

  • Maintain detailed reports using Google Docs, Excel (including Pivot Tables, Formulas), and internal tools.


🛠️ Tools & Technical Skills

  • Google Ads (AdWords) – hands-on experience essential

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video preferred)

  • MS Excel (Advanced) – functions, pivot tables, analytics

  • Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides

  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms and digital tools


Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads management or PPC optimization

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or campaign execution
