We’re looking for a talented and driven Intermediate Software Developer to join our growing team. This mid-level position is ideal for someone with strong technical foundations who’s ready to take ownership of features, contribute to system design, and support junior team members. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your code matters—and your ideas do too.
What You’ll Do
Build Software: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend and backend code.
Ensure Quality: Write thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug and resolve issues efficiently.
Shape the System: Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Mentor: Support and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and success.
Review Code: Perform code reviews to ensure consistency, maintainability, and best practices.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional software.
Optimize Performance: Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks across systems.
Reduce Tech Debt: Identify and champion opportunities for codebase improvements.
Be Agile: Engage fully in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
What You Bring
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong programming skills in multiple languages and technologies.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Experience with modern testing methodologies and frameworks.
Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong asset.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
