Job description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Intermediate Software Developer to join our growing team. This mid-level position is ideal for someone with strong technical foundations who’s ready to take ownership of features, contribute to system design, and support junior team members. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your code matters—and your ideas do too.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Software: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend and backend code.

  • Ensure Quality: Write thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Shape the System: Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

  • Mentor: Support and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and success.

  • Review Code: Perform code reviews to ensure consistency, maintainability, and best practices.

  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional software.

  • Optimize Performance: Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks across systems.

  • Reduce Tech Debt: Identify and champion opportunities for codebase improvements.

  • Be Agile: Engage fully in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Strong programming skills in multiple languages and technologies.

  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

  • Experience with modern testing methodologies and frameworks.

  • Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong asset.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
