We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building modern, high-performance web interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and clients.
This is a remote Canada-based position, working with clients across Canada and California. We value ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning over years of experience.
Implement updates and improvements across React, Python, and PHP-based websites
Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
Translate Figma mockups, wireframes, and design systems into production-ready code
Review and provide feedback on code and content updates from team members
Identify and improve performance and accessibility issues across web and mobile platforms
Write and maintain automated tests
Contribute to CI/CD workflows and collaborative development practices
Stay up-to-date with modern front-end technologies and share insights with the team
Communicate effectively with clients and distributed team members
Eligible and available to work in Canada
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience working with React or similar front-end frameworks
Understanding of how core web standards integrate with frameworks and libraries
Experience using Git for version control
Experience contributing to moderately complex integrated systems
Experience with testing and continuous integration processes
Ability to work collaboratively within a distributed team
Strong communication skills across multiple time zones
Experience working with design systems
Backend API development experience using Node.js / Express
Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular
Optimizing and mastering web assets (SVG/PNG) from Figma
Experience working with Salesforce integrations
Project or product leadership experience in any industry
