Job description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Organic Marketing Specialist to join our digital team. This role is centered around increasing organic website traffic, improving SEO performance, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic content and search-driven marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content and web presence effectively engage target audiences and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement White Hat SEO strategies to grow high-quality backlinks and drive consistent organic traffic.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website architecture including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structures.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social platform analytics.

  • Design and execute link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and organic search visibility.

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align SEO strategies with ongoing digital initiatives.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in organic marketing and search engine optimization.


Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and website optimization.

  • Proficiency in website design principles to support effective content presentation and user experience.

  • In-depth understanding of content marketing and how to align it with user intent and journey stages.

  • Proven ability to identify and engage target audiences through organic digital campaigns.
