Join a dynamic and fast-growing team as a Customer Success Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in driving the growth of our Tax Filing Software. This hybrid role places you at the heart of the sales function, focused on new customer acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation. You will work closely with Chartered Accountants, understanding their needs in areas such as Income Tax, TDS, and GST, and providing tailored solutions to streamline their tax filing processes.
Engage with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to promote tax software solutions.
Conduct a minimum of 3 client meetings per week, ensuring strong communication and long-term relationship development.
Collaborate with the Product Expert Team to resolve client queries and provide accurate information.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and pricing, ensuring effective positioning of our offerings.
Accurately update and manage daily activities and interactions within the CRM system.
Deliver regular sales performance reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
Follow all company policies, guidelines, and sales procedures.
This is a hybrid role, requiring:
A laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Availability for client calls and internal collaboration during work hours.

Work from a quiet, focused environment.
Maintain full attention on job responsibilities during working hours.
Adhere to scheduled breaks and attendance requirements as agreed with their manager.
Mandatory online onboarding and training (4–5 days).
Post-training, a 10-day visit to the Jaipur Head Office is required, subject to successful completion of assessments and on-the-job training.
Employees must also visit the Jaipur Head Office once every quarter.
