C++ Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced C++ Technical Lead to spearhead C++ development initiatives. You will guide the technical direction, ensure best practices, and mentor team members to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end C++ development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex programming challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust C++ solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C++ with strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.

• Experience developing efficient, scalable applications using C++.

• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)

• UVM, SoC, Verilog experience.

• Certifications in C++ or related technologies.
