We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Solution Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and deliver robust, integrated solutions that meet business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into clear technical specifications and documentation.
Reflect customer needs by assembling comprehensive business and technical documents.
Provide expert-level advice based on product capabilities, applying reusable components and methodologies wherever possible.
Design integrated, high-level solutions aligned with customer objectives, budget, and production operability.
Lead or participate in reviews and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical and business alignment.
Explain solution concepts clearly to business and IT teams, ensuring transparency of the implementation’s impact on processes.
Guide clients during the scoping phase, from requirement gathering to final sign-off.
Troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues and support timely resolution.
Configure the solution based on the agreed specifications.
Develop, execute, and maintain accurate and detailed test plans.
Prepare detailed solution documentation, including design specs, user stories, and process flows.
B.Tech / M.Tech (Any Specialization)
MCA
Diploma (A-Level / B-Level / O-Level)
Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into executable implementation plans.
Proficient in process mapping and process optimization techniques.
Deep understanding of relevant business processes and product ecosystems.
Experience using Agile tools and practices such as Confluence and Jira.
Exposure to Advanced Planning Systems (APS) is a plus.
Technical proficiency in SQL, C#, or Java is advantageous.
