Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, capturing detailed requirements, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders, product teams, and developers. You'll analyze current processes, explore opportunities for optimization, and help drive innovation in tax compliance software and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, client pain points, and tax compliance use cases.

• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including detailed requirement specs, user stories, and wireframes.

• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, resolving conflicts and distinguishing between user wants and actual business needs.

• Support change management by assessing the impact of new features and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding throughout the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product by identifying trends and user feedback that lead to actionable enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured documentation.

• Familiarity with process modeling tools and basic UX concepts (wireframing tools, flowcharts, etc.).

• Knowledge or interest in tax compliance, accounting, or fintech is a plus.
