This role is all about building a locally-relevant SEO strategy that reflects Brazilian language, culture, and search behaviour—going far beyond simple translation. You’ll act as the regional SEO authority while contributing insights that strengthen our global search ecosystem.
Own and execute a Brazil-specific SEO strategy across content, technical SEO, and authority growth.
Define and manage a clear SEO roadmap aligned with regional business goals.
Partner closely with local and global stakeholders to maximise organic impact.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEO team as the market grows.
Use data, experimentation, and insights to prioritise initiatives and measure success.
Share local learnings, AI-search trends, and best practices with global SEO teams.
Take full ownership and proactively drive SEO initiatives from idea to execution.
Have successfully led SEO programs end-to-end on large or complex websites.
Deeply understand Brazil’s digital landscape, search intent, and content preferences.
Make decisions based on data, performance metrics, and commercial impact.
Collaborate effectively with global teams across cultures and time zones.
Are curious about the future of search, including AI-driven discovery and evolving SERPs.
You’ll join an international SEO and growth team focused on helping users discover products in their own language and context.
