We are looking for a Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, frontend, and AI/ML teams to design APIs, improve system architecture, and ensure platform stability at scale.

• Scalable data models optimized for high traffic and large datasets

• High-performance systems with efficient database queries and caching

• Secure and compliant backend workflows

• Clean, maintainable, and well-tested production-ready code

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend services and APIs

• Optimize databases and improve data handling performance

• Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to ship features quickly

• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance

• Implement security best practices and ensure data protection

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in backend development

• Strong proficiency in one or more backend technologies:
  Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Go, or Java

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps fundamentals

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

• Knowledge of serverless architectures

• Exposure to AI/ML API integrations
