We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – IT Recruitment to lead and execute end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.
Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
Ensure recruitment KPIs and timelines are met while maintaining quality of hires.
Keep track of industry trends and maintain market intelligence for IT talent acquisition.
4–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (basic technical knowledge to assess resumes).
Good negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
