Job description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – IT Recruitment to lead and execute end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.

  • Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

  • Ensure recruitment KPIs and timelines are met while maintaining quality of hires.

  • Keep track of industry trends and maintain market intelligence for IT talent acquisition.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (basic technical knowledge to assess resumes).

  • Good negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
