Our Platforms Team partners with some of the fastest-growing and most ambitious software platforms in EMEA. From industry leaders like Booksy and Guesty to disruptive up-and-comers, these B2B platforms rely on Stripe’s Connect product to facilitate payments for their customers and unlock new financial capabilities. We're a consultative, high-impact sales team focused on building strategic, long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth.
As a key member of the EMEA Platform Sales team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding Stripe’s largest, most strategic relationships in the region. You’ll drive complex, multi-product sales cycles and develop growth plans that push the boundaries of what’s possible with Stripe.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow revenue from a portfolio of strategic platform customers.
Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and business case creation to deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Lead complex commercial renewals and cross-product expansions.
Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned with customer objectives.
Engage directly with executive stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and coordinate high-impact meetings that strengthen relationships and surface new opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Risk teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Drive internal initiatives to continuously improve our sales methodology and contribute to Stripe’s sales culture.
We’re looking for someone with deep sales expertise and a passion for delivering value in complex, high-stakes environments. You excel at building relationships, navigating ambiguity, and closing transformational deals.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with technical or financial infrastructure products.
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-product sales cycles with large organizations.
Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and drive cross-functional alignment.
Experience engaging customers in Israel is strongly preferred.
Skilled in building executive-level relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
Proven adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong technical acumen and interest in financial technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the payments industry or working with financial infrastructure solutions.
